Alternatives Analysis

Based on existing conditions, and initial public engagement, the team will develop several scenarios and analyze which best fits the goals of the City, the desires of residents, market realities, and environmental conditions.

Public Visioning Process

During this phase of the Plan, we will gather your input on how you would like the area to develop, what you would like to see happen, and any other feedback you have. You will have the opportunity to see potential development scenarios and leave specific feedback for what you would like to see in this area.

Preferred Scenario & Capital Facilities Plan

In this phase the best scenario or portions of various scenarios will be chosen by the public and steering committee for official consideration and adoption. The Captial Facilities Plan will show the infrastructure needs based on the preferred scenario.
